AKRacing’s new range of Max Gaming chairs are extremely cool

One of the greatest problems PC gamers have ever faced (beyond the obvious blight of random hardware failures) is that of finding the right chair to see them through a long-haul gaming session. There’s so many things a good gaming chair has to be — sturdy enough to support your weight for hours on end but also very comfortable, customisable but still ergonomic in its design — and it seems manufacturer AKRacing takes these very particular needs to heart. Their new Max Gaming range, which drops in February, are looking like they tick all the boxes.

Built with a steel frame and featuring foam supports wrapped in PU leather, the Max Gaming range spec sheet lists just about every bell and whistle you could possibly want in a gaming chair. See for yourself:

I mean, honestly. AK knows that gamers come in all shapes and sizes and they’ve built a chair that can suit us all down to the ground. It supports weights of up to 180kg, features fully adjustable arm rests and you can even lie the seat back down flat if you feel like a fast nap at work.

These bad boys go on sale in early February and have an RRP of $539 AUD. They’ll be going a bit cheaper to start with though, with AKRacing offering a discounted rate to pre-order customers of $499 AUD.
