The Iris’ EB Games Expo 2016 Awards

PlayStation’s VR is almost ready to be unleashed on a public that largely has very little idea of what awaits them. That idea became a little clearer after EB Expo though, one of the general public’s first real chances to go hands-on with this beautiful piece of immersive tech, with a handful of demos designed to show off PSVR’s many different uses. One moment you’re in a cockpit desperately trying to fly in formation while enemies shoot at you, the next minute you’re in a shark cage descending to the sea bed, frantically looking around to make sure that massive great white stays the fuck away from you (it doesn’t, it’s scary as hell). The Jewish International Film Festival (JIFF) has announced it 2016 Australian line-up, featuring 66 international premiere features and 19 documentaries alongside it’s opening and closing films, critically acclaimed Biopic Denial, and provocative documentary The Last Laugh. IMAX to offer exclusive sneak peek footage of Doctor Strange in two Australian cinemas

Marvel Studios and IMAX have teamed up together and will be offering 15-minutes of exclusive footage on upcoming and highly-anticipated superhero film Doctor Strange (directed by Scott Derrickson).
