Disney’s D23 Expo: Star Wars Land is coming. Because of course it is.

It was perhaps a destiny Disney signed into action the minute they took over the iconic franchise – but it still has us very, very excited. As Universal Studios has done with the Harry Potter series’ Wizarding World, Disneyland will be expanding both Walt Disney World’s Hollywood Studios in Florida and Disneyland in Anaheim, California, to introduce Star Wars Land to guests. Disney’s D23 Expo: The Incredibles 2 and Cars 3 posters revealed.

This weekend in California, Disney are holding their annual D23 Expo, bringing with them a slew of announcements and presentations from Kingdom Hearts to Marvel, Star Wars to Pixar. Golden Age’s film program takes us deep into space

Golden Age Cinema & Bar is hosting a film program of an outer space kind next Wednesday 19th August, to be presented by astronaut Chris Hadfield who is currently in Australia on his tour A Spaceman’s View of the Planet. For the ‘Guest Presents Session’, Chris Hadfield has chosen the film Moon the directorial debut of Duncan Jones (David Bowie’s son).
