Buffy, Veronica Mars and more…all you need to know about Oz Comic-Con Brisbane & Sydney!

The Oz Comic-Con train is soon to pull into its Brisbane and Sydney stops this September and it’s bringing with it quite the enviable line up of television and film stars, as well as talented guests from the mediums of voice over, animation, comics, graphic novels and more! The announcements have been coming out left right and centre, so we’ve pulled all of our recent knowledge of the events into one handy post for you to get around – haven’t gotten your tickets yet? Best get to it now!

Buffy the Vampire Slayer and general Whedonverse lovers are going to be excited to have opportunities to meet and even dine with Nicholas Brendon and Emma Caulfield, two of the event’s more recent line up additions. Both actors will be taking part in Oz Comic-Con Q&A panels, photo and autograph sessions and special dinners with lucky fans. Veronica Mars fans will have the opportunity to see Jason DohringMichael Muhney and Percy Daggs III in the flesh too, with all three guests also taking part in the above, with a special Veronica Mars dinner package also available for the more diehard fans.

Game of Thrones fan? Jason Momoa will be on-hand for all your Khal Drogo needs* and will also be appearing alongside his Stargate: Atlantis co-star David Nyki in some special photo opps fans will no doubt be clamouring for. The Stargate universe is going to be well-represented too, with Corin Nemec set to return to Australia for Oz Comic-Con as well as Chris Judge and Kavan Smith.

Booboo Stewart will be repping for the X-Men franchise, while the legendary voice artist Jim Cummings will be entertaining along with fellow voice artists Bill FarmerPaul Eiding, Monica Rial and Rodger Bumpass. I feel like I’m forgetting something…oh yes – if you’re interested in a little show named Star Trek, then perhaps getting to Oz Comic-Con in Sydney and Brisbane is going to be something you’ll be keen on, with WILLIAM SHATNER confirmed to appear at both events! Whether he’s Capt. Kirk or Denny Crane, Shatner’s always guaranteed to be a crowd-puller, so don’t delay in snapping up your opportunity to meet the man, if you’ve not done so already!
