EB Games to give away first Fire/Water type Pokemon, Volcanion

Gone are the days of catching them all in-game, it seems. Now, EB Games just gives you a damn code and you get a new Pokemon. The trials and tribulations of a Pokemon trainers are so crazy.

Players can get the mythical Pokemon Volcanion for their Pokemon Omega Ruby, Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, Pokemon X or Pokemon Y games at any participating EB Games outlet starting October 10 (so don’t start harassing your local store just yet).

Volcanion is a mythical Pokemon that, unlike any Pokemon in the history of the franchise, is both a Fire and Water type. Rather than simply cancelling itself out, this latest Pokemon uses fire and water to create steam within its body, which can create an explosive shock wave of immense power.

New Pokemon is always a good thing and the reveal of a Fire and Water type Pokemon is sure to get fans excited.

Pokemon trainers can grab a code for Volcanion from EB Games Australia and New Zealand from 10th October through to the 31st October.
