Go behind the scenes on Everest with this early look featurette

everest

Last week the first trailer for Everest was released and it revisits the story of Into Thin Air that was both a published book and a 1997 tele-movie as well as the recent book release The Storms. The film stars Josh Brolin, Jake Gyllenhall, Australia’s Sam Worthington and Keira Knightley and directed by Baltasar Kormakur.

As with any film depicting such an epic feat of human endurance and the sheer will of the mountaineers to conquer the peak there’s a need for realism. In this exclusive behind the scenes featurette released by Universal Pictures Australia we get a glimpse into the gruelling filming conditions endured by cast and crew alike to bring Everest to the screen.

Everest will screen in Australian cinemas from 17th September 2015 through Universal Pictures Australia.
