Harrison Ford is coming to Sydney to promote Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Han Solo is coming our way next month for an exclusive fan event at the Sydney Opera House! Harrison Ford has announced that he will be making his way down to the Sydney icon to promote the hugely anticipated Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Ford, who returns as Han Solo in the upcoming Star Wars installment, will be the sole star of the franchise (presumably) in Australia during the lead-up to the film’s premiere, which will be held on December 17th.

As Daily Telegraph reports, the details surrounding Ford’s visit have been kept under wraps until now, and while there is no specific date being reported for the fan event at Sydney Opera House, demand will undoubtedly be going through the roof this week.

It is unknown whether or not Ford will also be appearing at the film’s premiere, but more details may be released in the coming days, particularly surrounding how to gain access to this fan event.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is in Australian cinemas from 17th December 2015
