Insert Coin(s) returns to Sydney August 6, brings Street Fighter V

It’s been a few years since the last Insert Coin(s) event, dubbed Back in the Game. The party/gaming event was renowned for their old school gaming tournaments and allowing the public to get hands on with upcoming titles. The event returns to The Oxford Art Factory on August 6 – and they’re bringing playable Street Fighter V code with them.

The event will mark the first ever public Australian hands-on with Capcom’s hotly anticipated fighter. Prizes are on offer for the best Street Fighter cosplayers on the night. As always, a wide selection of classic arcade games, tabletop and pinball cabinets will also be available for play as well as a selection of new release titles. There’ll be Street Fighter themed cocktails too!

Insert Coin(s) is known for its blend of gaming, music, fashion and geek culture and if past events are anything to go by, this is going to be an extremely good time. It’s $15 at the door (which opens at 6pm on the night) or you can jump on Moshtix and scoop one up right now.
