Ioan Gruffudd crime series Harrow begins production in Brisbane

Announced recently by the ABC, crime series Harrow which will be led by Amazing Grace actor Ioan Gruffudd has commenced filming in South East Queensland. And as the production rolls out on the ten-part series, details regarding the extended cast and the production schedule have surfaced. Promising a gritty and dramatic program imbued by endless talent.

The narrative will centre on Gruffudd as a forensic pathologist named Dr Daniel Harrow. As the cast has been bolstered by names including Remy Hii (Marco Polo), Mirrah Foulkes (The Principal, Top of the Lake), Robyn Malcolm (Rake, Upper Middle Bogan) Ella Newton (Newton’s Law) and Anna Lise Phillips (Devil’s Playground). While the directors that have been tapped to helm the series involve Kate Dennis (The Handmaid’s Tale), Tony Krawitz (The Kettering Incident), Tony Tilse (Underbelly), Daniel Nettheim (Doctor Who) and Peter Salmon (Doctor Doctor).

The series began initial principal photography on the 8th of August and is expected to continue up until December in areas throughout Queensland. And as further information comes to light, it will be reported here.
