Marvel’s Most Wanted boosts cast

As Team S.H.I.E.L.D waves off Bobbi “Mockingbird” Morse (Adrianne Palicki) and Lance Hunter (Nick Blood) on their journey to ABC’s latest Marvel spinoff, Marvel’s Most Wanted, the network signs two villains to prod the coals of the new series.

Oded Fehr (The Mummy, Resident Evil) will play the antagonist to the Morse-Hunter partnership but his character will remain a mystery for now. What we know so far is that he’ll play someone prolific from the comics and will provide a lot of trouble for the anti-heroic duo.

Marvel TV boss Jeph Loeb is excited about casting Oded, saying, “When Oded came in to read for this part, we knew we found our guy … he carries with him a villainous charm that will strike perfectly for this role.”

The second cast member added to the series is Fernanda Andrade (The Devil Inside) who will play Christina Santos, the niece of adventurer Dominic Fortune.

Marvel have release a synopsis for Marvel’s Most Wanted, writing;

“(The series) finds Morse and Hunter on the run with no support, no friends and a long list of enemies who would love to take them down. So the squabbling former spouses must rely on each other… at least until Fortune agrees to protect them so long as they help him out with his plans. Cue a load of dangerous missions and delving into a conspiracy that puts their lives at risk.”

The series will be headed by Jeffrey Bell and Paul Zbyszewski and is yet to receive a release date.
