Emmy-nominated urban legends series Mythbusters will also be available for subscribers to stream at their leisure.

Aussie kids titles will include Lighting Point, the first three seasons of H20: Just Add Water, and the first season of Mako Mermaids, as well as international kids programming including favourites Maya the Bee, Lalaloopsy, and The Hive.

“We’re excited to include these top-notch local titles on our Australian and New Zealand services,” said Sean Carey, vice president of content acquisition at Netflix. “The partnership with Beyond Distribution will bring Netflix members entertainment from local shores and abroad that we know they will spend many hours enjoying.”

Beyond Distribution joins a slate of Netflix originals such as Bloodline, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and Marvel’s Daredevil, licensed content from The Walt Disney Company and many other titles for viewing on thousands of Internet-connected devices, including smart TVs, tablets, smartphones, game consoles and other set-top boxes – all for a low monthly price.
