Presto graffiti Melbourne to celebrate the release of Empire season one

Celebrating urban oeuvre and series release, Empire and Presto are encouraging Australians to submit their hip-hop pseudonym to Presto on Facebook for a chance to have their name painted by the center of Melbourne’s CBD.

Graffiti artist Vanderlism will paint submitted names during an exhibition at the Empire shrine, on the corner of La Trobe and Swanston Streets.

The event titled ‘Tag Your Empire’ will correspond with the release of Empire season one to streaming service Presto.

The art show will be available for viewing via a live-stream on Presto’s Facebook page, with the images of submitted hip-hop names becoming available shortly after.

WHO: Everyone, let out your inner hip-hop alter ego
WHERE: Corner of La Trobe and Swanston Streets, Melbourne CBD
WHEN: Friday 6 May, from 12pm midday
HOW: Visit Presto on Facebook and submit the name you want immortalized on the Empire wall
