Total War: Warhammer gets first “in-engine” cinematic trailer

Fans of the tabletop strategy game Warhammer have a lot to be excited about in Total War: Warhammer. Developer The Creative Assembly have released the game’s first “in-engine” trailer to give fans a taste of what the game will look like.

The language they use is a little confusing however. The trailer was created using in-game assets (hence “in-engine”) but they were used to craft a cinematic trailer. Thus, it’s not really representative of what the game will be like but it does give us a look at those assets and they are nice indeed.

The trailer also teases a developer walkthrough coming on July 30 so fingers crossed we’ll see some gameplay then.
