This entertaining and thought-provoking film is set in the 1950s and features Matt Damon as Tom Ripley, on his journey to becoming the eponymous ‘Talented Mr. Ripley.’ A skilful liar with a talent for impressions and forgery, Ripley seeks to make the life of privilege and luxury of Dickie Greenleaf (Jude Law) his own. The star-studded production also boasts Gwyneth Paltrow, Cate Blanchett and Phillip Seymour Hoffman among the cast.
Dancing with the Stars, Ch. 7, 7.30pm AEST
This week is the Dancing with the Stars grand final, with Home and Away favourite Lynne McGranger, pop singer Ricki-Lee Coulter and AFL star David Rodin dancing it out for the mirror ball trophy. All the stars from the competition will return to dance, so brace yourself Mark Holden might be allowed back in the building.

Faced with an ultimatum from the mob and from his girlfriend (Julia Roberts), Jerry Welbach (Brad Pitt) decides it’s better to try to stay alive and fix things up with his girlfriend later. On an ill-fated errand to Mexico, Jerry’s exploits catch up with his girlfriend, and comedy ensues.
